Sr. Vice President of Civil/Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
Mr. Howard is an engineering and management professional with 30+ years of experience in systems engineering, program management, IDIQ order project management and executive leadership. He has a proven track record of success on multimillion dollar space flight hardware projects as well as multi-disciplined engineering and project services support to manned space flight programs, launch vehicle development, ISS payloads, and space flight systems engineering. Mr. Howard is highly experienced in contract management/compliance, strategic planning, business development, organizing, supervising, and directing work on highly complex programs, and technical services with product deliveries on time and within budget. Mr. Howard has extensive experience in Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I), Engineered Product System Development, and Engineering Management including space flight hardware build projects as well as programmatic, engineering, and IT services. Mr. Howard received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He has also completed a Systems Engineering Certificate Program at the University of Alabama in Huntsville and a certification of Engineer/Scientist Management from University of Tennessee College of Business Administration. Currently, Mr. Howard serves as the Sr. Vice President (VP) Civil Systems (CS) and Defense Systems (DS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU) of TriVector Services, Inc. In his role as a Sr. VP, Mr. Howard provides key leadership in daily operations of the CS and DS organizations and provides business development strategic growth decisions for the SBU and the company.
