Caitlin Sampson Appointed to the SRC

TriVector’s own Caitlin Sampson was appointed by Governor Kay Ivey to the State Rehabilitation Council (SRC) on November 21, 2023 as an employer representative. The SRC, along with the Alabama Board of Rehabilitation Services, works to “strengthen the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of vocational rehabilitation services for all Alabamians with disabilities. Per the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services’ website, “The SRC mission is to provide support and assistance to the Alabama Department of Rehabilitation Services through program planning, policy development, and delivery of services, thus preparing Alabama’s citizens with disabilities for competitive employment.”

Caitlin was nominated for this position by her mentor, Annette Statum. Annette was a long serving member of the SRC and her passion for employing people with disabilities clearly inspired Caitlin. Once nominated, Caitlin submitted her resume and application and was quickly selected for the council by Governor Ivey. “It’s an honor to be selected to serve – not only your community, but your state as well,” Caitlin stated when asked about the appointment. “I look forward to supporting the State Rehabilitation Council’s mission to help Alabamians with disabilities be more prepared for competitive employment in our state.”

This appointment goes along with other honors Caitlin received this year. Caitlin was also recently named as the President-elect of NASHRM and will begin her duties in 2024.

We are extremely proud of Caitlin as she continues to excel both inside and outside of TriVector. We thoroughly enjoy seeing our employees succeed. Congratulations, Caitlin!

TriVector Wins Small Engineering/Defense Business of the Year

We are extremely proud to announce that our company won the Engineering/Defense Business of the Year award for 2023!

September 29, 2023

TriVector recently had the honor of attending the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce 38th Annual Small Business Awards. Each year, the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber recognizes well-respected small businesses in multiple categories whose “hard work and dedication help make [the Huntsville] community shine. Winning a Small Business Award is a huge honor and accomplishment, as TriVector found out when it was named the Government Contracting – Technology Services Business of the Year back in 2017.

This year, TriVector was nominated for the Engineering/Defense Business of the Year, a new category, and Veteran-Owned Business of the Year. The competition was extremely tough as there were 12 finalists named in the Engineering/Defense category and 9 in the Veteran-Owned category – all of whom are well-known, first-class companies in the greater Huntsville area. To ensure objectivity, all winners were selected by the Plano Chamber of Commerce in Texas, who meticulously reviewed all finalist companies and their applications.

We are extremely proud to announce that our company won the Engineering/Defense Business of the Year award for 2023! Huntsville is the home of so many exceptional small businesses, and we are humbled and honored to have received this recognition. This award is a testament to the relentless dedication and commitment of our TriVector family.

We extend our sincere gratitude to all our employees, our dedicated leadership team, and of course the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce and Plano Chamber of Commerce! We are incredibly proud to be a part of the Huntsville community.
