John M. Verhage, Colonel, USAF, Retired

President and CEO

John M. Verhage, Colonel, USAF, Ret. (Mike) serves as TriVector Services’ President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Verhage is responsible for the corporation’s strategic goals and their implementation. Additionally, he is responsible for the allocation of corporate capabilities and resources to maximize the company’s ability to meet customers’ needs. He also manages company employees, business development, execution, and improvement of day-to-day company tasks, and pursues opportunities in engineering and scientific services for the company.

Mr. (Mike) Verhage is a retired Air Force Colonel with more than 20+ years of executive experience under the Department of Defense and working with industry partners. He has repeatedly been selected for key leadership positions having led complex flight operations, maintenance, and logistics organizations in both peacetime and combat contingencies. He currently works as a Senior Integration Engineer at the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the new Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program.

In 1991, Mr. Verhage received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Christian Brothers University, and in 1996, he received his Masters of Science in Aviation Management from Embry Riddle University. Mr. Verhage also attended Senior Executive Leadership classes at both Brookings Institution in Washington D.C. and Harvard University.

Mr. Verhage has over 20+ years of community service to including several key positions in the Boy Scouts of America at both District and Council level, coached Boys High School Lacrosse in Huntsville, AL, and worked with wounded veterans at numerous charity events throughout the Southeast United States.

Mr. Verhage is married to Kathryn Verhage with five children.
