Col (Ret.) Mike Verhage Named Senior Vice President of TriVector's Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit

TriVector Services is pleased to announce that John M. Verhage, Colonel, USAF, Ret. (Mike) is the new Senior Vice President and Lead of the Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit (SBU). Col (Ret.) Verhage will be in charge of the Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit (SBU) which provides key support in Project Management, Systems Engineering and Integration, Modeling and Simulation, Engineering Analysis, Configuration and Data Management, Avionics and Software Integration, Software Foreign Military Sales, Software Safety, and Software Independent Verification and Validation to the U.S. Army, the Missile Defense Agency (MDA), and the Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC).

Verhage is a retired Air Force Colonel with over 20 years of executive experience under the Department of Defense (DoD) and industry partners. Col (Ret.) Verhage has been selected for key leadership positions throughout his career, having led complex flight operations and logistics organizations in both peacetime and combat contingencies. Col (Ret.) Verhage has worked with TriVector in support of the MDA since 2019.
In 1991, Col (Ret.) Verhage received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Christian Brothers University. In 1996, Col (Ret.) Verhage received his Master of Science in Aviation Management from Embry Riddle University in Tampa, Florida. He also attended Senior Executive Leadership classes at both Brookings Institution in Washington, D.C. and Harvard University.
Col (Ret.) Verhage has over 20 years of community service that includes several key positions in the Boy Scouts of America at both District and Council level. He currently coaches Boys High School Lacrosse in Huntsville and is working with wounded veterans at numerous charity hunting events throughout the Southeast. Col (Ret.) Verhage is married to Kathryn Verhage, and they have five children.
