508 Statement

TriVector Services is committed to providing high-quality services that are both useful and accessible to all potential users, including individuals with disabilities. As such, we support the goals of the U.S. government in implementing the new Federal regulations directed at broadening the availability of electronically delivered information.

All electronic and information technology (EIT) procured by the Government through TriVector will meet the applicable accessibility standards at 36 CFR 1194, unless an Agency exception to this requirement exists.  

TriVector will meet the statutory requirements of Section 508, as delineated at http://www.section508.gov/, throughout the development and implementation on any work that falls under these statutory requirements. TriVector will comply throughout performance of all contracts where IT hardware/software/services will be rendered and will be compliant in accordance with section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C. 794d), and the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards (36 CFR 1194).
