John M. Verhage, Colonel, USAF, Ret. (Mike) serves as TriVector Services’ President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Verhage is responsible for the corporation’s strategic goals and their implementation. Additionally, he is responsible for the allocation of corporate capabilities and resources to maximize the company’s ability to meet customers’ needs. He also manages company employees, business development, execution, and improvement of day-to-day company tasks, and pursues opportunities in engineering and scientific services for the company.

Mr. Marc Verhage serves as TriVector’s Sr. VP of Civil Systems SBU and Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Vice President of Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and CMO
Joey Shelton serces as Trivector's Sr. Vice President of the Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Sr. Vice President (VP) and CFO
Mr. Timothy Kauffman serves as TriVector Services’ Sr. and Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He brings with him 30 years of technical leadership on the International Space Station and the Human Landing System and many other aerospace programs at NASA, as well as eight years of executive and project management experience in private industry. His combination of both financial management and systems engineering experience provides a solid foundation for integration and execution of complex aerospace systems and projects.
Sr. Vice President (VP) and COO
Mr. Garner servces as the Sr. VP and Chief Operations Officer (COO). Mr. Garner has over 11 years of business experience in the government contracting domain with key expertise in Contracts Administration, Pricing and Cost Analysis, and Bids and Proposals.
Vice President of Defense Systems Strategic Business Unit (SBU)
Maurizio Mazza is Trivector Service's Vice President of the Defense Systems SBU. He brings with him over 35 years of leadership experience in both the military and commercial sector executing extensive complex developmental and operational weapon system programs.
Vice President of Civil Systems Strategic Business Unit (SBU))
Nate Breard is the Vice President of the Civil Systems SBU and serves as the Deputy for the Civil Systems SBU under Sr. Vice President, Marc Verhage. Mr. Breard provides leadership to our Civil Systems employees and key support to our customers in NOAA, NASA, Commercial Space, and Energy in the fields of systems engineering and integration, project management, modeling and simulation, and configuration and data management.
Vice President of Information Systems and Technology
Mr. Brian Williams is TriVector’s Vice President of Information Systems and Technology. He is responsible for overseeing the corporate Information Technology (IT) capability and ensuring TriVector's Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) compliance. Additionally, Mr. Williams serves as the company's Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM) and Assistant Facilities Security Officer (AFSO).
